Sloth Miniature Birdhouse - Handmade sloth birdhouse! Wood birdhouse dressed in cool blues and cream. The sloth is handmade from polymer clay, fired in my oven then hand painted. The sloth hangs from a stick on the front of the birdhouse. Upcycled papers and rocks are used to add dimension. Once designing is complete resin is poured one side at a time to get a hard-glossy protective coating. Then finished with a beaded wire on top of the birdhouse roof for easy hanging.
This one of a kind sloth Birdhouse is garden art that makes a perfect gift especially for that person in your life who has everything already. The hardest part will be deciding whether to keep this birdhouse for yourself or give as a gift.

* I have not experimented with putting any of my birdhouses with polymer clay outside. Yes, they are coated in resin like all my other work. I just haven't tried it yet. I suggest keeping it indoors or if you really want to put it outdoors try placing under some shelter such as: porch roof etc...
